We have built up alternative compute capacity with another vendor and normal service has been restored. Also the backlog of jobs has been almost completely processed by now. We continue to monitor the situation closely.

We are experiencing an issue with a global API outage of our main cloud provider. Due to this outage we are currently unable to spawn new worker instances for our transcoder service in all regions. Because of this performance of the service is impacted and transcoding takes significantly longer than ususal. We are trying to build up alternative capacities with other vendors while this upstream incident is ongoing.
