We have identified a hardware fault and have isolated the faulty server from the database cluster. Query latencies have then recovered to normal levels. We continue monitoring the situation.

We are experiencing a problem with our database cluster, which causes a slow down of processing API requests with some requests even timing out. We are investigating.
